Avinash Yadav is a seasoned legal professional with over 7 years of experience in Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law, Corporate Restructuring, Commercial Litigation, Arbitration, SARFAESI, and RERA matters. He has represented corporates, promoters, homebuyers, financial creditors, and NGOs before various judicial forums, including the High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, and NGT. His expertise includes handling complex CIRP proceedings, resolution plans, litigation strategy, and corporate advisory matters. A graduate of National Law University, Lucknow, he specializes in delivering practical legal solutions in high-stakes commercial and insolvency disputes.

Dr. Kanu Sharma is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in judicial and bar council administration. Having served as Former Joint Secretary of the Punjab & Haryana High Court Bar Association (PHHCBA), Chandigarh, she brings deep institutional knowledge and leadership to her practice. She currently practices as an Advocate before the Supreme Court of India, where she represents clients in matters of significant legal importance.
